An appointment is strongly recommended, especially for colour, hammam and bridal services. Walk-ins are welcome when there is availability, but we cannot promise a slot.

An online booking is a request. You will receive a reference number immediately, and our team confirms it shortly afterwards so we can check the right specialist is available for what you have chosen.

Yes, where the service allows it. The booking form shows which team members can perform the services you have selected at your chosen branch.

Prices shown are starting points. Long or very thick hair, correction work and bridal looks are quoted after a consultation. We always confirm the price with you before we begin.

The classic ritual takes about an hour and the royal version about ninety minutes. Neither can be shortened without losing the point of it.

Yes, for a first-time colour with us. Please tell us about any henna or colour applied in the last six months — it changes how the new colour behaves.

Payment is taken at the salon. Please ask your branch which methods are currently accepted — online payment is not available on this website.

Metal tools are sterilised between every client and opened in front of you. Files, buffers and single-use items are never reused.

Tell us about any allergies, medication, recent treatments and anything active in your routine such as retinol or acids. It changes what we can safely do that day.
